This will give you access to benefits such as the ability schedule life & health coaching consultations, participate in special programs and private events offered by LifeShield Health Co., order health supplements and other provisions not made available to the public, and much more.

(You will not be able to access or order from our store unless you are a PMA member in good standing.)

I have fully read, completely understand, and agree to all duties, terms, conditions, notices, disclaimers, and policies of LifeShield Health Co. and the PMA, in their entirety, on the terms & conditions page (link in header). I understand that by joining this PMA, I have been given a revocable privelege of being a member, and I know that I have a duty ad responsibility to act in honor and respect at all times, and that my actions not only affect myself or individual members of this PMA, but it will affect every member of the PMA as well. This is a one-year membership, which is renewable each year, upon approval, for a $9.99 admin fee, as a donation to the ministry. If I currently hold a PMA membership with any PMA that LifeShield Health Co. is a member of, this fee is waived, as long as I am in good standing with the other PMA membership.
